Linguini with Tomatoes, Brie and Basil

- 2 cups Concerto™ Grape Tomatoes, halved
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 lemon, zested
- 12 oz. Brie, rind removed
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 lb. fresh linguini
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Mix Brie, Concerto™ tomatoes, lemon zest, shallots, extra virgin olive oil and basil in a large bowl.
- Cook linguini according to package instructions and drain.
- Toss hot pasta into the bowl of Brie and tomatoes. Mix well. Serve and enjoy.
