Beyond beautiful, Windset tomatoes are rich in nutrients, the most notable being the hungry anti-oxidant Lycopene. Tomatoes deliver vitamins as well with one medium tomato providing 40% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of Vitamin C (Vitamin C helps the body absorb Iron). They also provide 20% of the RDA for Vitamin A. 10% of your RDA of potassium is another bonus.
