A cornucopia @Cornucopia!

Windset created a nice pairing with the wines of Cornucopia in Whistler recently.

Windset was a sponsor of Cornucopia, the annual food and wine (but mostly wine) fest in Whistler. We were there for the House Party on Thursday, the Visa Early Entrance on Friday, both Crush galas and the Artisan Market.

Windset Executive Chef, Dana Reinhardt, served up pan-seared Halibut with a pepper, cucumber and tomato compote on Thursday, our Mexican salsa at the market on Saturday and we and went through 3000 concerto™/dolce™/fresco™ skewers at Crush!

Plans are already underway for our participation next year.
