The top three recipe entries have been selected for the 2010 Master Garlic Chef Cook-Off. Will it be Beef Wellington, Garlic Shrimp Wonton Soup or Creamy Garlic Broccoli Salad that will be awarded the stinking rose?
The cook-off is in its 4th consecutive year, and has become a cornerstone event of the South Cariboo Garlic Festival.
