Cornucopia - there we were!

Wow. What a weekend in Whistler last weekend. I'm just catching my breath!

Windset was a sponsor of Cornucopia, the annual food and wine (but mostly wine) fest in Whistler. We were there for the House Party on Thursday, the Visa Early Entrance on Friday, both Crush galas and the Artisan Market.

We served Halibut with a pepper, cucumber and tomato salsa on Thursday, our Mexican salsa at the market and went through 3000 concerto/dolce/fresco skewers at Crush! That's THREE THOUSAND!
