Lights, camera, produce!

Wow. I'm no stranger to cooking in front of people or running a busy kitchen but cooking on TV is a fun, new thing for me. I hope I don't look too nervous this weekend on Global TV's Saturday Chefs with Sophie Lui. We'll be cooking up some fun!
