Storage & Handling
Our temperature and humidity-controlled cooler space allows us to properly store and handle the bounty we produce in our greenhouses. After harvesting, our produce is quickly graded, packaged and immediately chilled to maximize shelf-life. We ship our produce to our vendors in trailers with the same temperature and humidity values. For your reference, to keep your Windset produce at its peak, the temperature should be 50-55ºF / 12ºC at 85% humidity.
