Food Safety Certification
We adhere to the highest levels of food safety in all aspects of our operation.


Our greenhouse staff have received extensive food safety training. Our food safety policies and procedures encompass guidelines that must be followed by every single person who comes into contact with our fresh produce.


Our grading and packaging operations are certified by an independent third party. This certification assures buyers and consumers that the produce packed in our facilities has been handled in a food-safe manner. The audit assesses all aspects of food safety, including sanitation, maintenance, employee training, pest control programs and more.
Controlling pests – naturally


Like you, we want only the most natural produce available. Growing plants in the controlled environment of the greenhouse helps us to do that. So does our integrated pest management system. We put predator insects like ladybugs, praying mantis’ and wasps to work to remove unwanted insects such as aphids. A single ladybug can eat up to 50 Aphids a day and up to 5000 aphids in its lifetime!
